Extremely unreliable. Spoiled most of my high value furniture. These people do not do what they promise. Words do not mean anything to them. It is an unsophisticated, unplanned, poor vehicles and untrianed people based enterprise. You are better off going to local day to day shippers who would do the job at one fourth of these peoples price and with out damage to your equipment.
